I have built two successful technology companies both of which received numerous industry awards.  I have served as a senior executive in a publicly traded Healthcare company and CIO for traditional insurers, online insurers, and reinsurance companies.  I have led numerous strategic consulting engagements in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Insurance space.

I have been successful because I possess six key qualities, shaped by executive positions held over the years.  First, I fully anticipate a financial Return on Investment on every engagement.  Second, I fully understand the complexity and nuances of running a business. Third I can effectively integrate people, process, and technology to maximize results.  Fourth, I am experienced creating actionable business intelligence programs that supply key information for improving business operations.  Fifth, I am adept at building high performance service delivery cultures.  Sixth, I run my operations by the numbers which takes the guesswork out of decision making.

My industry experience spans Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Insurance.  I am a certified six sigma black belt specializing in leaning service processes and a certified SCRUM Master.
